Meiosis in Somatic Cells under the Experimental Conditions

The paper presents the research results achieved by creating a model of experimental pulpitis model and the influence of drugs. For the exposure there is used the propolis and retabolil. Based on data from their experimental research, it can be concluded that in the pulp chamber, the creation of the experimental pulpit model, cells of the connective tissue from the stable state were removed, and by the action of biologically active substances – propolis and retabolil – there were created conditions like gonads. As a result, division and differentiation of the cells were obtained by the figures of meiosis. Therefore, when two haploid single-cell cells of one organism merge, a zidopod-like cell will be obtained, which will be capable of (can be able to) develop and give rise to cellular populations.

Obtaining Zygote-Like Poly Potent, Poly Competent Cells in the Experimental Conditions

Cock is selected as the object of a research. Spermatids are vacated from the cock’s seed by the method of center figuration, the spermatids, which are bearers of the chromosomes’ haploid kit, they are combined under the pressure and they are entered in the eggs of a hen, where the 3 days before there is started normal embryogenesis. In these eggs, the zygote-like, poly competent cell has an ability to initiate the development of the egg cell without participation. In all eggs, in the fluid independently from the embryos is found the cell culture. Material samples were taken after the 7, 10, 14 days from the beginning of the experiment, it was observed, formed in paraffin, stained with hematoxylin and enlightened with eozinit. As a result of combination of the spermatids, the obtained cell is viable, multiplying, it is creating the new formations, at first as a cell, tissue, and then as the organic structures form.

Dynamics of the Parameters of the Receptors Connection of Animal Cereals by the Action of Phenol Derivatives in the Chronic Experiment

There was studied the influence of neonols AF 9-12 and AFS 9-6 KM on parameters receptor connection of adrenal, serotoninal, dofaminal and glucocorticoid receptors of celebral cortex in subacute toxicological experiment on white rats Vistar population, that were exposed to 45 days feeding in dozes 1/100 and 1/1000 DL50. The revealed alterations on the part of 1-adrenoreceptors were characterized by inerese of affinity to lygand and decrease of number of this type of receptors. There was observed the increase of number of highly afinal and decrease of low afinal pool -adrenoreceptors in experimental groups of animals. The parameters of connection of serotoninal receptors of second type were chanding in affinity of connection with lygand. In animals of experimental groups were changed affinity D2-receptors to the marked lygand in cortex in comparison with control. Xenobiotics inereased the presence of glucocorticoid receptors in celebral cortex.

Effect of Xanthine Derivatives on the State of the Cardiovascular System in Conditions of Emotional Stress

This work is dedicated to study the protective action among the xanthine derivatives in the model of acute emotional stress environment. It was experimentally proved that caffeine, euphylline and pentoxyphylline have the stress protective activity in the dose of 100 mg / kg which was given twice by intragastric way. It was shown that the most active drug is pentoxyphylline, which supports peroxydant and antioxydant balance at the expense of active product of thiobarbituric acid and superoxide dismutase. The findings attest the presence of the stress protective properties in the xanthine derivatives and also suggest to use the xanthine derivatives in the diseases prevention of stress genesis.

Lock-In/Phase-Sensitive Spectral Nanovoltmetric Patch-Clamp with Frequency Discrimination (φ-ω-Patch-Clamp) as Simple Technology for Single Ion Channel Registration in Cellular Biomedicine (Including Cell Channelopathy Diagnostics)

This paper provides a new approach for ion channels activity registration in noisy conditions with stochastic incoherent open-close transitions on membranes. The required result is obtained using phase-selective nanovoltmetric techniques with frequency discrimination. This technical principle is the foundation for different phase-selective (φ-path-clamp) methods, based on vector voltmeters or lock-in nanovoltmeters for indication of the real and imaginary components of the complex electrophysiological signals in the ion channel activity.
